Our product is led by an exercise physiologist with a PhD. Every feature is grounded in training research, not fitness trends.

Small team, high trust

We stay deliberately lean. You will own meaningful surfaces end-to-end, work directly with the founders, and see your work reach users within days.

Craft over shortcuts

Lifters train for years and expect tools that hold up. We sweat performance, typography, and edge cases so they never have to think about the app.

Built for the gym floor

Most of our users open the app mid-set, with chalked hands and ninety seconds of rest. We design and test for that reality first, and everything else follows.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Own critical product surfaces across our Next.js web app and Node APIs. You should be comfortable shipping production code alone, making architectural decisions, and caring deeply about performance on mobile networks.

Product Designer

Remote (Europe ±2h)Full-time

Shape how millions of lifters plan, log, and review their training. You will work across mobile and web, partner directly with engineering, and ship designs that respect both the science of training and the reality of a phone in a chalky hand.

Growth Marketing Lead

Remote (Europe ±2h)Full-time

Own the top of the funnel across paid, organic, content, and lifecycle. You will set the growth strategy, run experiments, and build the measurement stack to compound acquisition over years, not quarters.

Our hiring process

    Introduction

    A 30-minute call with one of the founders to understand what you are looking for and whether Lyfta is the right place.

  2. 02

    Work sample

    A short, paid, role-specific exercise, scoped to a few hours, so we can see how you think and you can see how we work.

  3. 03

    Team conversation

    A deeper discussion with the team you would be working with. No trick questions, no whiteboard gymnastics.

  4. 04

    Offer

    References, a written offer, and a start date. Most processes wrap up within two to three weeks.
