Lower Abs Body Weight Workout

This workout plan is designed for a 55 year old man who weighs 50kg and is 5ft 6in. The goal of this plan is to help gain muscle mass over a period of 6 months, without any health issues. The workouts will consist of body weight exercises and will primarily focus on the lower abs. This plan is designed to be completed six days a week, with each workout lasting 1 hour.
