6-Month Workout Plan for a Beginner Female Client

This 6-month plan is designed for a 48-year old female client weighing 101 kg and 1.68 cm tall. The goal is to lose 30 kg in a year with careful consideration to the knee pain and breathlessness after a one-minute brisk walk. The workout regime is 5 days a week with rest days on Monday and Wednesday. The plan will include Strength Training, Cardiovascular Exercise, Flexibility and Mobility, Core Strengthening, and Aqua with focus on avoiding saggy skin around the breast/chest, belly, thighs, and arms.
