Exercise library & workouts

Lyfta offers 5,000+ exercises with HD video guides covering free weights, machines, cables, and bodyweight movements. Browse the library at lyfta.app/exercises, explore programs at /workouts, or build your own routines.

FitNotes takes a minimalist approach - you create custom exercises by name and log your sets. There are no video demonstrations or pre-built programs. This simplicity is intentional and appeals to users who just want to track weights and reps without extra features.

Import your workouts from FitNotes

Lyfta lets you import your complete workout history from FitNotes - sets, reps, weights, and dates all transfer over. The process:

  1. Export your workout data from FitNotes as CSV.
  2. Import the file into Lyfta.
  3. Review exercise name matching - FitNotes uses custom exercise names, so some may need manual mapping to match Lyfta's library.

Your training history is preserved so you can continue tracking without starting from scratch. Lyfta also supports importing from Hevy, Strong, Fitbod, Boostcamp, and JEFIT.
